How to request a change to an existing user or add a new administrative (employer) user with PSII
To designate a new employer administrative user, or make a change to an existing user, simply complete the form provided by PSII.
Designating a new employer portal user or making a change to an existing portal user is quick and easy.
Simply complete the User Enrollment Form with the requested information about the new user. Doing so will automatically create a support request with the Employer Service team.
New users will receive a welcome email containing login instructions to the PSII Employer Portal along with their credentials and temporary password.
