Do you have the correct portal address and email/username used but still cannot access?
Try resetting your password
Click on Reset Password. You should shortly receive an email to the registered email with the account.
Did not receive reset password email or looped on the portal
If you have clicked on reset password but it still looped around email entry and did not send you a reset password email, then you are having issues with your browser's cookies relating to PSII.
Browser Cookies
In your browser, access the Settings then search to Clear Cookies and Site Data. If your browser permits, you can select only PSII cookies to be cleared. Once done, try again with the portal access.
Still unable to access despite doing all the above
send an email to support@psii.global or contact Your Company's administrator if you are an employee. If you are a company authorized administrator, contact your assigned PSII Specialist.
